We sold in Sept 2017, Jason carried out the valuation. He valued it at exactly what we had in mind. Took excellent photos the same day. I can honestly say, they were excellent and competitively priced. We sold within the first week.His team conducted the viewings, in a very professional manner, and it was evident they were working to achieve a sale for us.
