I have been working with Martin and his team for 5 years and found them to be very effective at managing my property including maintenance and improvements to restore its value in the local rental market. Whenever, I have needed help on anything the team have always been very professional, courteous and responsive!
Its a shame most of these reviews are on here because this company begs for them. There have been negative reviews on here before but the company will go above and beyond to make sure they are removed by reporting them to google. Shocking company and service, Martin will constantly go on about ARLA, little do us landlords realise this is a paid for certification so can easily be obtained. As for the staff there its a small independent estate agent with Martin running it.... and the staff have got to be the rudest I have come across, I am surprised with the other comments on here about Charlotte, she has to be the most negative person we have met, turned up late and when we decided not to go ahead with everything became rude to us. All landlords need to be careful with these lot as a few landlords I have spoken to are slowly pulling away from Patricia Shepard. would you risk giving these people your hard earned property for them to not care ?you will find below the comment you asked to be removed..
The team at PS has managed our flat for us for the last three years. They do a terrific job and I would highly recommend. Initially we spoke to a few agents but decided to go with PS as it is a family-run business and Martin made a great impression. They are an ARLA propertymark protected agent which gave us additional reassurance. Our tenants are also very happy with the service provided.
Fantastic support and service, in particular from Charlotte who has been most helpful in supporting us and answering any questions we may have on renting a property, would highly recommend!
