WRITTEN NOTICE in Advance is in fact a BREACH of the Tenancy LAW and the Choices Lettings Manager can be Legally PROSECUTED in the Court of LAW as she is NOT legally allowed to enter into her Tenant's property without first issuing her Tenants 24 Hour WRITTEN Notice in Advance or she could end up LOCKED UP IN PRISON for the ABUSE & BREACH OF THE Tenancy LAW.AS a LANDLORD, I know everything about the TENANCY LAW.AVOID this Pathetic Useless GREEDY Company ?Minus, Minus STARS!*TO THE OWNER, THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO YOU, IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR REVIEW, THEN IT IS YOUR DUTY AS THE OWNER TO ENSURE YOUR STAFF ARE NOT EXTREMELY RUDE & NASTY TO YOUR EX-CLIENTS? *SHAME ON YOU & YOUR PATHETIC GREEDY COMPANY!
Christiana Stacey at Choices, Sutton is extremely rude and just walks into the house without warning. She has no concern for the tenants and is rude whenever I speak to her.Don't use her!!
Very poor experience with sales team. They called us 3 times just to confirm if we were going to attend viewing. This was after we had already confirmed over email. Then nobody turned up to show around. We knocked few times at the door. No one answered.when we called office to let them know we can wait, but the agent from office said ' it's up-to you you wanna wait, I don't know if agent who was meant to show is running late, I can take a message. ' and wouldn't promise to call back to let us onow how long we need to wait. Absolute rubbish.

Tenancy deposit protection claim filed.Non-registration of utility bills 130 - Mistake admitted, not reimbursed.End of tenancy cleaning 324 - Reluctantly agreed to high charges, refused to provide invoice.Tenancy renewal fee 95 - Mistake admitted, not reimbursed.Rubbish removal 160 - Reluctantly agreed to high charges, refused to provide invoice.Inventory fee 95 - As per contract terms.804 deducted. Avoid.
I gave the keys to Christina on a Friday, by Saturday they had let my house. If you go by results, this is first rate is it not? I am sure that the tenant is happy and they have received also a first rate experience with Choices. I was on the market with another agent, who didn't do a thing so yes I am very happy with Choices and with Chris and Christina.
