I recently bought a flat through Mi-Move but I wouldnt recommend them. Poor customer service and communication skills, generally ignored my phone calls and emails even though I only rarely tried to contact them and only when essential. Once the deal was done they didnt want to know, ignoring my requests for information that I needed to deal with situations that the vendor should have dealt with but failed to. The office staffs Im sorry hes not in the office at the moment was generally one of the least convincing Ive heard. This is the first negative review Ive ever written online for any business, Im not usually the complaining type. The deal did go through so it wasnt all bad but I was not impressed at all by how they treat the customer.
They don't check the properties and don't help to solve the issues with the owners . Lie about the state of the flats. Flats come with broken windows and mold but are wanted to look like new after the rental contract expires. Forget about your security deposit. Pure scammers.
Although some initial teething problems and plenty scope for improvement, this agency is not too bad as far as agencies go. Honest with regard to the check in and check out process and no delays in returning the deposit post moving out.
Unfortunately I can't really recommend this agency.The staff are pleasant and friendly, however I have found the communication from them to be nothing short of appalling, with very few telephone calls to update me as to progress of any sales, but also just not responding to emails at all.All in all a pretty frustrating and disappointing experience
Would highly recommend Mi-Move, Ashley, Nicola, Rusty and the team were very helpful and professional throughout my move. They listened to what i wanted and were not pushy. They gave me good advice when needed and kept me well informed, managing to sell my house within a few weeks.
