We are in the process of buying a lovely Grade II listed property through Winkworth. We met Georgie from Winkworth at the property, both my husband and I were amazed at her enthusiasm especially, as we were the last one to view the property on that cold day and it was already 4.30pm on a Saturday . Though Georgie had been at the property for well over 2 hours she showed no slackness in waking us through all the rooms and explaining all the details. On top of all the above, Georgie had the key skill to identify a potential buyer and work to make it to completion. I should say that without Georgie we would have struggled to be where we are now with the purchase.
