Very good doctors and friendly staff
Doctor Maliki and the nurse Goretti Okunmah are rude and patronising individuals. If you ask them a question regarding your health concerns then they dislike it very much and try and brush you off. If you enquire about medication that you are on, seeking advice from them then they get snappy and try to brush you off by speaking down to you in a patronising and abrupt tone trying to end the communication as quickly as possible. I know many people who have left this surgery and complained to NHS England directly regarding medical negligence and poor treatment. I changed this surgery recently and best decision I made.
I recently registered here. It's a small cosy practice and the doctors are lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate you with appointments.I moved here as was with another practice and struggled with getting appointments whereas here is easierI like the Sutton hub service also
