Have had 2 operations here years ago. Was great. Recently went..Was given a fixed price, then it changed!They did offer to give me a reduction on hospital fees but wasn't much.Not very good at keeping in touch or replying to emails either.I wouldn't go back now.
Used to be great then they seem to of sacked all the staff and used cheap agency nurses. Nowhere near as good as it used to be. Real shame as it seems the accountants have taken over and from a customer perspective its never a good thing.
A very professional service and very friendly doctors and nurses. I would definitely reccommend St Anthony's Hospital as one of the best in the UK.Whether you are from the UK or from the very small island of Mauritius as I do, I was given an excellent treatment by the nurses. They know how to treat and not stress the patients before an intervention.I would like as well to give a big shout out to two good nurses for their excellent service during my visits. They are Ms. Ruth and Mrs. Julie Gordon.Keep it up! :)
