Great gym with plenty of space and always very clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and on hand if theyre needed. Definitely recommend!

Ive been a member of this gym for two months now and I must say that Its a really good gym. Staff are very nice and always available to help you if you need assistance. Good amount of space and excellent equipment to work with. I tried other gyms before I subscribed at The gym and the content of the gyms doesnt justify the high membership fees. Ive also been working with personal trainer Jason for 4 sessions and I am very happy with the results. Hes very professional, very patient and he creates a plan suitable for you and your goals. So If you are looking for a PT Id highly recommend him!
I've been a member at expensive high end gyms and other 'The Gyms' and I must say this is the best I've been to so far. Plenty of floor space for body weight exercises, the equipment is well thought out for the varied needs of it's clients. Manager - John is superb and really listens to comments and feedback, addressing issues or queries promptly and even assisting with exercises where need be - I think all the staff are great and it's clear to see that they really want clients to have the best experience possible. I can't see myself going anywhere else, unless I move - or John moves!
