Really friendly staff and very clean. I'm pretty unimpressed with the phone signal however (ImI' on EE and wireless calling hasn't made much difference). A decent phone signal is a must when you have a child in school and need to use your phone for work. It means I haven't visited as frequently as a I wanted. When I raised the issue I didn't feel listened to. When you have chosen an expensive gym (when there are other cheaper options available) you at least expect for them to look into potential solves for you or to have mentioned it when showing you around. Even if it comes down to cancelling membership if there are no potential solves. I've heard other people complain of this too. So check your phone signal before you join!
When blaze launched we was forced to buy bands that cost 70 and was told the rule was we wouldnt be allowed to participate in classes without them. When I have managed to get a class booking (very rarely when someone cancels) the classes have between 3-6 people who dont have bands and they are allowed to participate. In one class FOUR people said they didnt want to buy the bands to participate and said it was fine because all the other instructors let them do classes without the bands. Its not fair that people who dont buy the bands are taking up spaces in the classes so people who have the bands cant ever get on the classes or make bookings!!! Its a scam to get 70 off people and then just let anyone and everyone join in the classes.

Brilliant place. Went for a swim - very clean and tidy. The receptionist was very helpful and the restaurant was a delight! lovely food and and friendly staff... bumped into the General Manager very personable. All in all great experiance.
Saks beauty salon in David Lloyd Cheam is a very friendly salon and all the staff know their stuff! When I call they have always gone out of their way to meet my needs.I highly recommend Lucy's intimate waxing! She is ace and it is the least painful experience I have had so far! Also I have had no ingrown-hairs either!
