Really nice gym. Friendly staff, good classes and high quality equipment. The big fail is that the contract that you have to sign is utterly ridiculous - 12 months minimum contract? 15 penalties for cancelling Direct Debit? These are clearly unfair terms no matter what was signed. The showers are push button, which is really annoying.
Joined purely for the purpose of getting a personal trainer. I was assured by the signing up manager that l be contacted by two personal trainers which he will arrange for me, it's been three months and I haven't heard from either or the Manger. Pretty disappointing on the customer service side.
Messaged the twitter account about the free gym pass offer advertised on the website. The account said the offer didnt exist, they only do tours. I sent a screenshot of the offer. They then removed the offer from the site and blocked me? Never heard of any reputable company doing such things.
Great gym and atmosphere, it has up to the minute machines and some really fun and exciting classes the staff are friendly and fun always willing to talk and help out. Best class for me is the Monday lunchtime excelerate class, super cool instructor who is willing to get her whip out for you to push you on. Always encouraging and I'm grateful of her and the class. Matrix core is another wonderful class with a great instructor again willing to challenge you.
Sweat! is a high tech gym! The best one with so many exciting classes and super hyper professionals. The atmosphere is amazing! Very attractive environment! Iam feeling well and so motivated doing classes like Matrix Hit and Matrix Core with Vera! I really recommended!!!
