I was really stressed and worried about my elderly cat and the called the out of hours vet. They were lovely and told us to bring him straight down. They didn't rush us out and spend a lot of time talking about various treatments. Came out feeling much happier and he is now on the mend. Big thank you too the lovely vet we saw she was lovely but I can't remember her name . If we were not happy with our vet I would not hesitate to transfer his care there. Thank you again for everything
When my dog hurt his leg really bad I phoned the vet . They were really caring and helpfull . They gave really good advice in what i could di till i was able to get to them . On arrival clay was given a blanket to lay on while we waited to see the vet . The vet did not rush the time she spent with Clay she gave him a good checking out . The practice it's selfe has a really nice feel to it . The staff are really welcoming it has a lovely atmosphere . Would definitely recommend .
Our dog sadly passed away at the vets with an immune system disorder, the vet who attended to us was really lovely. We then ordered for her to be cremated and her ashes were to be returned to vets now for collection. When picking them up, we rang the doorbell a couple of times, it looked as though the receptionist and (different) vet looked extremely flustered coming out of the back room, as if they had just been at it and both pulling and fixing their clothing??????Ashes were then handed over by the lady with face like smacked arse. Wouldnt use again.
Extortionate prices for basic service, and the follow up dealing with their accounts department is awful. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend Vets Now, and I will change my vets in order to not have my animals in their care afterhours.
Very friendly competent nurse and vet. Fantastic emergency service. Very grateful for everything they do. It puts my mind at ease to know that we will always be able to see a vet when needed.
