Registered today and was given an appointment within 1 hour for my sick dog ( I had been let down by our Vets of over 15 years in Banstead when they could not even manage to call us back yesterday, as promised, after we made 2 phone calls to them. This morning they were not even answering their phone at the Banstead branch ). In desperation I rang Medivet who are local and had good Google Reviews. I explained the problem with our dog, as I had done with my previous Vets receptionist yesterday, and the fact that both myself & my partner are ill so wanted to discuss our dog before making, what may be unnecessary, taxi arrangements. I have had a stroke and am recovering from the flu. The lady was so helpful, patient, kind and most of all understanding of our situation overall and offered us an appointment straight away. She even offered help to get our dog into the surgery. So thoughtful. We saw Dr Michael Fassas. He thoroughly examined our dog and gave his impression of what he thought was the likely issue, but also the other things it could be. He explained simply and in a way I understood because of my stroke. Our dog was treated there and given medication for a week. I was reassured by Dr Fassas that there was 24hour care available for our dog and I should return if her condition worsens, or call if I needed any clarification or help. The cost was reasonable too. I have made the decision to transfer the care of my dog to Medivet immediately from the previous Banstead practice ( because I am a nice person I am not naming this Vet until they respond to my complaint). Whilst I was there I saw two other happy dogs with their happy owners. The place was clean and, unlike my previous Vet who doesnt provide every service at Banstead which has meant previous trips to Reigate & Tadworth branches, all services are provided at a Medivet in one place. It makes sense to me. Its also worth noting that they also have separate reception areas for dogs and cats/small animals. Most of all I got the care I expect for my dog today, and I feel confident in Medivet moving forwards.
Great friendly service. Was seen quickly and efficiently and my pet was not stressed at all, actually she was fairly relaxed and chilled. Lovely service.

All the staff at Wingrave in Mulgrave Road Sutton are so lovely and thoughtful. I have been using this surgery for well over 15 years and I wouldn't change. Michael the vet is so good and very thorough when discussing your animal with you and Amy on Reception is very sweet and is very good at her job.
