It's a good place to stay if you want to be left alone to your own devices. There isn't even a reception here. So, you just self check in and out. The only reason you will want to talk to a staff is to pay for your stay. There's breakfast supplies and a stove. So you can cook for yourself. You could also do your laundry for free. If everything worked perfectly, you will have a fantastic stay. But for me, the power sockets somehow didn't work and nobody at the property was able to resolve it. They were still helpful though and provided me with a power bank to charge my phone. Overall, it's a nice place to stay - rather calm and had the suburban semi-rural feel to it.

Very friendly owner, feel very warm when you stay there. Everything very clean and tidy. Location is perfect just 10mins to sutton station. Strongly recommend and we definitely will stay again when we back home next time.
My partner and I work near here and when we have crazy shifts this is where we stay. Cant praise it enough. The rooms are great, really clean and modern. There showers and bathrooms are top notch. They have a kitchen down stairs where you can make your own breakfast from what they provide. Day or night when ever you have your breakfast... we have ours at about 8pm when working a night shift. There is a lot to choose from. Every thing from juices and milk, cereal, full English to just toast and jam. They have an electric door system that allows you access to your room and the front door with a key card which is great if you are coming and going at all weird hows of the day or night. The owners are very friendly and only the push of a button away if you need to contact them. All in a great stay for the price you pay!
