Very friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure that we felt at home. We spent a most enjoyable weekend here and look forward too visiting again. Highly recommended.
Will never go to this hotel again.....Went there for a course & was told i could park in there car park for free as on a course & confirmed with reception that i didn't have to pay & even wrote down my reg number..Few weeks later, received a parking fine from the rip off company they use to monitor the car park (Parking Eye) Appealed to them but told the hotel hadn't given my reg number so had no choice to pay.Holiday Inn don't care about their customers one bit......
Sutton is 10 minutes from wallington,,were our mother's lives, having lots of family arriving for a party. We decided to stay in Hotel.We were upgrade to a suite on a lovely quiet part of Hotel fabulous comfy bed, with fab bathroom, spotlessly clean, breakfast excellent value for money. Will definitely recommend. Very friendly staff.Thank you for a great weekend.
The hotel is conveniently located in Sutton easy to find and quite big. They have a large reception area and lounge ideal if you want to look into some of the sites of Sutton and Kingston. The Starbucks Coffee is a bit expensive but I assume that is because it is in a hotel.
This hotel gives you the exact ammenities you are promised at the time of booking. It's a plain and simple resting place, but clean, neat and tidy. Perfectly situated, literally minutes walk away from the city centre make it extremely convenient. Although having to dispute charges at check out, all of the staff were extremely helpful and happy people. The rooms are spacious with very clean bathrooms. If you book in advance, the prices are reasonable for what you get.
