Ive used this jewellers before to change my watch batteries and have always been happy. However I took my bracelet in to fix as a tiny link broke off the clasp. I asked for a quote and was told 15 which I thought was a lot for my 40 silver bracelet - as it was as new I decided to have it fixed. I went to pick it up today and the same guy that took it in served me and charged me 19.50.I wanted to quibble this but did not have the quote written down on my collection card and felt it may have caused an argument. I work in the village so I wont be going back or recommending this place to any of my customers.

They closed when I was supposed to collect my wedding ring!!! The most anxious, stressful week of my life as was 2 days before! Havent been in touch since to offer any kind of compensation!
