Absolutely wonderful florist! The owner shut up shop to personally deliver a gorgeous bunch of sunflowers to my bestie who was having lunch in a local pub. They were with her in ten minutes and they made her feel so so much better at an especially hard time in her life. I'm forever grateful to them. The price was more than reasonable (15) and she didn't even charge me delivery! Will only be using them from now on!
Poor show Greensleeves, flowers abandoned on the door step without the requested card or any contact info so the recipient could even work out where the flowers had come from. When I raised this issue I'm told that I'm wrong and that we have just not seen the card attached to the box. I'm not sure what the commercial advantages of using invisible cards are, but perhaps some of the gain from using them could be used to improve your customer service?
