Never use this florist, terrible customer service, the owner is rude. I bought flowers for my colleague who came out of the hospital, the flowers were delivered, my colleague took a photo and sent it to me, thanking me for them.They were not what I expected so I called the shop and spoke to the owner, she was not prepared to listen, started shouting at me, told me that she would refund my money if I brought the flowers back, but couldnt understand why I was complaining.We paid a total of 35.00 which included a balloon and delivery, I did not think that there was 27.00 worth of flowers. See what you think. I will not be using Flower Fayre ever again.
Please do not use this florist. We used this florist to send some flowers to a colleague who had just returned home from hospital. After receiving a picture of the flowers we were very upset to see the poor quality of flowers that were supplied. After calling up about this, the lady was very rude and had very poor customer service. She did not seem to care about the customer and wasn't very helpful in coming up with a solution. She expected us to take the flowers from our colleague, who was still recovering at home, to get a refund. This is something I believe is very rude and out of our control. The bunch of flowers that we sent are a bunch that I could of purchased a lot cheaper from Sainsburys or Tescos.
