The lady I spoke to at Flower Scents, Joyce, is delightful! I called from abroad explaining that I wanted to have a bouquet delivered the same afternoon to my partner for our anniversary. I told her a bit about us, where we both come from, etc., and she said she'd go to town on the bouquet and make it really colourful and special, and deliver it personally. She did exactly as she had promised and my partner was over the moon upon receiving it! Absolutely first-rate service! It made our day!
