This is a terrible practice - i cannot get my blood tests results and they stop me accessing the online booking and seeing my test results as when i was able to access it just once i saw that my blood tests results were all abnormal so they stopped my access - the practice manager is never there to be able to speak to. I have had two lots of blood taken over the last 8 weeks and still have not had the results yet i am supposed to go for a colonoscopy next Tuesday 24/9/19 not knowing why - i only have one kidney at stage 3 kidney disease (lost the other one due to Doctors neglect - i can never get an appointment and i have pernicious anemia and vitamin d deficiency all left untreated the doctor who i see does not care - he needs to either give up pretending to be a doctor or go back to medical school. The doctor in question obviously has not got a conscience. Because of my B12 (Perniciouse Anemia i am going blind) and the doctor is just ignoring it all and even my Ocupational Therapist has tried ringing the surgery for the last week to talk to my GP and she could not get through - so how bad is that. I tried phoning today for an appointment and had the phone put down on me.

Doctors are very helpful and understanding. They really do their best. Only one thing,it's hard to reach the surgery via phone. I was waiting long in the que and when I was the 1st one and they picked it up they hang up on me right away. It happend 3 times in a row.

Very hard to get appointment, they don't pick up phone in the morning and if you phone later it's already fully booked. No idea how it suppose to work for the patients.

We are very happy with this surgery.

Receptionest are VERY rude and unwelcoming, you want to talk to them and its like Im in the middle of something. You can never call at 8 in the morning as it just says user busy and hangs up you dont get put in a cue to wait or anything. Doctors are never on schedule always at lest 20min-30min late if not longer. You never get apologies or anything.

This is a first class practice. Our chosen doctor, Jerome Jephcott, was selected by my wife and I over 10 years ago on the recommendation of a close family friend of many years, especially for his supportive and caring help when our friends wife was dying of cancer. Dr Jephcott lost his wife recently, and we were moved to send him a sympathy card. The other doctors, whom we have seen on occasions, are also caring and pleasant yet professional in their approach. It is sad that a largfe number of people miss appointments, but whilst I know there may be many and varied reasons - not liking the doctor is, I am sure, not one of them!
