Dr Grice has been absolutely fantastic.I felt that he actively listened to me and he genuinely cared. I wish we could always get this sorts of care everywhere from national health.Thank you. Also both receptionists have been lovely and helpful. Best wishes
Doctors seem OK, but reception could try to be a bit more helpful.
I would not recommend this GP surgery, had awful treatment from mainly receptionist the rudness and the need to think they diagnose you over the phone.To female GPs who are rude, sarcastic and in honest non helpful if you are ill they seem to not like fellow females whom are patients. Try see Dr Grice himself as he is the only good in there
I'm really surprised to see negative reviews of this practice. My family and I have been patients there for well over thirty years. I have to contact the surgery fairly regularly to get results etc and have always been treated with patience, respect and politeness. The Reception Manager is exceptional and has a very pleasant attitude. She is ideal for such a public facing position. All the reception staff seem happy and try to be helpful even though it can be extremely busy there.Dr. Grice is actually our nominated GP and, honestly, we could not wish for a better Doctor!
