Place is flippin lit. My doctor sorted me with some inhalers no questions asked (not in a dodgy way tho) I totally recommend.
Absolutely useless. Whenever you try to make an appointment theyre always engaged. Then when you finally get through they tell you that you shouldve called earlier !?When you arrive early for your appointment theyre always late seeing you. Also one GP was googling information on her PC during my consultation which I couldve done myself at home so what was the point ??Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
Doctors are ok.. doctor vasa is the best one and actually listens... receptionist are rude and shocking... I have sat in the surgery and watched the phone continually ring and they dont pick up...
An hour waiting time for a 2 minute appointment!! Not to mention it's near impossible to get an appointment, call when it opens and it takes 20+ attempts to be put on hold then when you do get through you are told there are no appointments and you should have called earlier!!!!!!!!!! No wonder I don't bother with the doctors
RIDICULOUS!! Tried booking an appointment on Tuesday, for Friday but was told that I should call on the day as they don't book in advance any more. I then call on the day, 30 mins after they open, and am told that they are fully booked and I should've called at 8. I work night shifts and finish at 8.30, so when will I get to see a doctor? What kind of nonsense is this? I pay taxes and national insurance for this? What a joke!!
