Was recommended this practice after having bad dental work resulting in an abscess at my previous dentist. I was seen the next day after calling to say I was in pain with them even moving another patient to fit me in, the dentist then explained every stage of the treatment to me and started a root canal there and then which was painless. I cant praise the staff enough, everyone was friendly and professional, I will not be moving dentists again!
Part 2 of my Root Canal done! That whole family are all cracking dentists! He has warned me this filling is massive and he advises a crown later in the year. But S**T this work is brilliant! I am very happy it looks like a real tooth again not a square block! Worth the money, this is my new permanent dentist!
So I went here because Natasha done a tooth reconstruction when I was about 10-12 (now 24) after a football accident. Recently needed a Root canal due to neglect and I am half way though this and being someone who is not a fan of the dentist, I found this experience to be outstanding! Yeah it's more expensive than the NHS but you certainly get what you pay for and some more here. Out of the 5 private dentists I called only Rachel (I hope I spelt your name correctly) from the front desk staff actually had answers to my questions! That's a big factor. If the front desk doesn't know the services they are selling I am instantly put off! I was told I was nuts not going to the NHS at 60 and going here paying 450 but I am very happy with the tooth now! My view is I have one set of teeth, don't half a*** their care! 450 for the tooth to survive is nothing over the term of 20 years+ , you'll spend that on junk food over the term of a year or two.
I would like to mention that I am very happy and impressed by the level of service by everyone I met at Sherwood Park Dental Practice yesterday. I also appreciate being informed that certain products can be found cheaper online, rather than being bought through the Practice. Everyone was kind, welcoming and informative. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Dental Practise to look no further and join this Practice.
