I moved to Sutton in June, since August Im trying to book an appointment with them (Im on maternity) but seems impossible, once everything finally was booked the machine to clean the teeth was not working and instead to let me know before they just let me come so I couldnt save my journey too, then in a very arrogant way they booked for an other day 3 months later, but unfortunately they called me telling that someone did a mistake making a booking with a wrong dentist, there I was already about to leave but I want to give one more chance, as mistakes can be made , we reach today, I suppose to have finally my appointment but again not, this morning 8.00 am ( they actually wake me up) one from the reception called me telling that its happened again that someone booked me with a wrong dentist so they were going to re-arrange it, they are such a rude people , when of course I was telling them my disappointment about all this situation, very unprofessional staff and even they didnt apologise straight away but only after my complaint. Horrible staff and organization, or perhaps only with NHS customer, if you leave money to them problably they will treat you much much better, with more respect and umanity. Dont recommend at all to go there, You could recieve a call last minute that your app has been cancelled over and over again. Also if I never been to be treated there Im wondering how is it possible that I have been booked with the wrong dentist, they could just swap me with someone else. That remain a mistery!I can see from the reviews that Im not the only person been called from a rude receptionist talking over me on the phone. Avoid!
Reception staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Suni fixed my tooth super fast with minimal discomfort. Really nice surgery
Reception staff are really helpful and dental services are excellent. Chatty, informative and teeth look great. Oh and they can even make you chuckle while you are in the chair, that alone gets 5 stars from me!
Reception staff amazing, always trying to fit us in after school hours, always very cheerful and helpful.Mr. Lee and his lovely nurse know That my husband and I are am apprehensive but our nerves disappear in moments. Treatments so professional and very caring. Debbie our hygienist is amazing, our teenage son brushes and flosses his teeth without fail. Thank you to all at the surgery for keeping our teeth healthy and perfect. Great smiles from us all!!!
I have been a patient at this practice for about 15 years and I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Lee and his team. During this time I've had root canal treatments, bridge works and fillings plus had bite guards created to mitigate the effects of teeth grinding / jaw clenching. Chris's work is of the highest standard and I always feel at ease and comfortable when any treatment is delivered. Dental nurse Lesley and receptionists Beverly and Jan are always very friendly, professional and courteous.
