Shocked they do not except NHS patients on a Saturday. We must be 2nd class citizens I am appalled.
I hate going to the dentist but my dentist here was absolutely great. I did need a filling after not having seen a dentist for years but I felt like my dentist took lots of time talking though my fears and explaining the procedure. Cant rate them enough, sadly I moved 6 months ago and now have to find a new dentist :(
I have been using Smile House for around 16 years. Dr jay in particular, he knows exactly what he is doing and his assistant is always friendly. Dr Jay is an exceptional Doctor. Recently I used Dr Dharmen Patel because doctor Jay was not available and I needed an emergency filing. Dr Dharmen was excellent also very calm and explains everything which is great. I would highly recommend this practice if you care about your teeth!
I have been with this surgery for many years and also disappointed with the reviews... ok, I admit the receptionists don't bring us out a coffee, and start dancing on the desk for our entertainment... they are however flexible and give us an appointment when possible, say hello, give us a form to fill out to pass the time (with a pen) and say good bye.... Iam not sure about anyone else, but I don't expect much more from them... if you do feel the need to be entertained whilst waiting to be seen, you could choose to flick through some of the mags that some random person left behind, or take in the colourful artwork posted on the wall by the kids, there's even that twirly looking toy that's been sitting there since I was a child, even to this day they kept the one thing that made my appointment so magical... seriously though, anyone that can recall playing with that toy has been there enough times to know that the surgery and there staff care about there patients, some dentists are more experienced than others that's a fact, but each and everyone of them is professional and specialise in different areas... when I go to the dentist I don't look for a fun filled day out, I go for one thing, and that's to be able to smile after leaving that chair, everyone I know would recommend the surgery, it's just a shame that of the thousands of patients that walk through those doors only a handful would take the time to write a true reflection of there experiences, yet theres always some that allow one iderviduals personality get the better of them... no1 is perfect and everyone has an off day from time to time... don't let someone's off day become the reason that you tell others to stay clear, base your reviews on the work that has been done on your teeth not your ego ;)
Never had any experience anywhere else than in smile dental practice. Dentist is first class.. calm.. reassuring.. very experience..comunicate constantly to.. It is my permanent dental practice from now on.. I am getting my family to be registered over there from now on.. Thank you so so much.. very very pleased..By the way.. i saw a lot of negative reviews.. No matter how hard and good service is delivered sad that people will never appreciate.. I saw good and safe practice.. very clean.. friendly staff.. what else would you ask for !!!
