Ive had a great experience and I am so happy with my results. I was unhappy with my smile for so many years and after researching many practices around I am so pleased I went to Sensational Smiles. I was very well looked after and supported through a fairly painful and uncomfortable process. I was seen to when requested and always felt comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating, I also loved having the music in the back ground whilst having treatments done! My teeth & gums were in pretty bad shape when I first went to see Natasha for the first time.My previous dentist was going to recommend a referral with a specialist gum tissue consultant, as mentioned my teeth were in very bad condition & my previous dentists skill set were dated and clearly would not be able to help me.At an estimate, specialist referral consultant treatment easily would have cost in excess of 2000 if not probably more.After extensive research through the net, I decided to give Sensational Smiles a try.The initial consultation was with Suril and he recommended Natasha to treat my periodontal gum disease.I had a series of nonsurgical cleaning called scaling and root planning. This involved removing plaque and tartar deposits on the tooth and root surfaces. This helped my gum tissue to heal and the periodontal pockets to shrink.Prior to treatment my gums were constantly bleeding all the time. This stopped after treatment with Natasha.Natasha is a specialist hygienist not a referral consultant. However her practical skills with a drill are just as equal if not above & beyond that with a referral consultant. Her efforts are also far more cost effective than a consultant. The scaling and root planning treatments with Natasha also have to work hand in hand with the patient following her every step with aftercare cleaning advice. I have followed Natashas aftercare steps religiously every day to get the best from her treatments and to prevent future gum disease from re-emerging and more importantly potential future loss of teeth, which are very expensive to replace.God bless Natasha !!
Dr Suril came highly recommended and I was overall very happy with the level of service. The practice is excellent, very helpful and friendly staff and Dr Suril himself was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my issues. The dentistry equipment was incredibly advanced which is always good to see, as this will undoubtedly help all patients. Very impressed with the work done and have recommended to friends and family (my wife is going there next week). Thanks again.
I go the Dental Hygienist every 4 months, and I'm very impressed; to me she is the best Hygienist I have every had; she is extremely thorough, always talks about what she is doing at the time, and gives very clear advice. (AND it never hurts!) The appointments are always on time, and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
I had an Hygienist appointment today with Natasha, sensational smiles. The appointment was one of the most calming and wonderful experience I have had. I gained some much needed help with regards to my teeth and gums concerns and the cleaning process of my teeth, was a thorough and deep down clean. The cleaning of my teeth was one of the best treatments I had, it was painless and very thorough. Natasha is very knowledgeable about her job helping to prevent tooth decay and helping her clients have healthy teeth and smiles for life. I would and can not recommend her and the team at the clinic highly enough.
