This phone call from Sonia has been recorded!!!( the same pump they wanted to replace is still working more than year later, including 2x 1700 mile journeys). The old starter has been sold. No credit has been given on the exchange basis. We have paid over 240 for a starter. This garage deserved further action to be taken. Once we got quoted for the pump of over 450 and were told the car wouldn't start, we towed the car home to avoid parking fines.Instead of solving our issue/complain right, Sonia Ismail harassing my family constantly by uploading, bad comments with non-sense on our reviews and also removing ALL bad reviews and only leaving the 5 star ones. A few of which are from Sonya(receptionist) herself, rating her own business 5 stars, that says it all really. It seems like a normal practice for this garage. All the evidence has been send, but all we have received is a threatening 10 page letter full of rubbish and gibberish.Dodgy rating. How bad is that?! We are sorry for this poor garage. The garage that fixed our car after AEs mess said it should have taken half the time for the repair than AE charged us.GO TO THE GARAGE NEXT DOOR to avoid troubles.P.S. Owner, I advise you to watch your fake comments and bad talking regarding myself. Make sure to apologies in public to me.We are sorry here isn't option to attached video records on my phone in your office and outside when you pushed me! Everything has been recorded. Two invoices for the same service, as the second invoice amended & send by post! Fraud! Avoid them!
