Very disappointed in the Servicing Department. My Hyundai i10 with Hyundai Service history and only 13k miles on the clock was 3 months outside warrenty. I was told it would be 120 to diagnose the problem (Google and Independent Garage both told me it was gear box oil seal... Actually Belmont told me they thought it would be this, but would have to charge 120 to be sure!) Marginally understandable. Despite asking, there was absolutely no support to consider a goodwill repair as car outside warranty other than call Hyundai uk who informed me it was down to the dealer to approach them for goodwill repairs which are agreed on basis of time outside warranty (3 months) mileage (13k) and service history (full!) So very disappointed. I won't bother them again
