RUDE RUDE RUDE! Called to enquiry about a car on the site and the guy on the phone couldn't seem to be bothered to even try and sell the car. He then asked me how old I am, to then say "I think the car is alittle too much for you miss". rude!! I am due to trade in a 20k+ car! I think I can afford it! RUDE coustmer service and I'm glad the calls get recorded so that his manager can listen to how Alwful his staff are. Avoid!
