Loved it. Very nice cosy place, with very friendly staff. The food is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone!

Ate on Sunday night, booked table in advance. Got seated on a very small table for 2, we requested to move when other tables became available Front of house staff very friendly and helpful .Starters took an age to arrive but were delicious. One main was returned as requested pink lamb and it was well done, second attempt not much better. However they took cost of starters off and main course lamb. Much appreciated However I would have preferred a better service throughout. Front of house service good, kitchen not. Disappointing evening
Despite hearing how busy this place is, I was delighted that they responded to my email almost instantly and were able to reserve me a lunch table with less than 2 hours notice. ( Someone on top of i.t. for a pub/restaurant is unheard of) Lovely venue, good service and the food was excellent. Highly recommended. Only gripe (and it's a tiny one) was my fairly tasteless pint of London Pride. This was probably as it's stored too cold, but if I wanted decent real ale I would have gone to specialist pub and it didn't detract from very pleasurable experience.
Five of us had lunch a couple of Fridays ago. We all had great food, my seabass was excellent, no complaints from anyone. The scallop and prawn pastry starter was truly wonderful. Great service and good value.
