Went in to enquire about a pre-used console. Staff were very friendly and helpful, talking me through the options and what they meant. Staff gave advice based on my needs, rather than on just getting a sale. Prices are competitive, particularly vs other second hand game retailers in Sutton.

Went to trade in my XBox One for an XBox One X. I had completely reset the console. Staff member tested it and said that it didnt install games so he couldnt take it. I took it home and realised the incompetent staff member hadnt installed the necessary secondary updates when testing it, hed only installed the initial startup update. I went back and told him this and he lied to my face and said he had installed it. He then said he still couldnt take it as it had failed once (due to him not having a clue!). Ended up going to CEX in Epsom who offered more money for it and their tests worked fine. I have always had problems with the staff here, theyre very rude and most of the time dont know what theyre talking about. Completely done with GAME stores after this
