Dreadful customer service. Staff as unhelpful as they could be.
I bought one shredder 1 months ago faulty ask them to exchange.buy an other one but don't want to refund very disappointed Very rude customer service they not happy with north cheam argos
Didn't have my item despite click and collect indicating it would be ready from 9am that day. Manager EXTREMELY rude and did not even apologise. When I suggested maybe they could deliver it to the intended recipient (it was a gift) her response was 'ok that will be 5 extra for delivery'. When I pointed out it was Argos' error and they should post it without additional charge the response was 'well I can take the delivery charge off but then it won't get delivered'.Pathetic little outfit.
