The staff are generally friendly, but on this one occasion no one would assist me while I was waiting for someone to serve me an eBay click & collect.I had to wait for the allocated person to come back from wherever they went on the basis they had taken the scanner device needed to scan my item to collect. Hard to believe this was true. Where's the back up when that device malfunctions? There were spare staff standing about doing nothing and even upon a polite request of being served I was shunned off with this we've only one device excuse.I've changed my location of click & collect now. The staff at this Argos can remain idle if that's their choice.

Reserved an item in the morning and it was ready to collect at 4pm that afternoon - amazing. I was served by Charlotte who was incredibly professional. An all round brilliant experience
The store does get quite busy quickly and you have to walk a little way to get to parking space. It is Argos though and generally good.
