I had visit very first time in sutton millimetre very bad service , the lady who cut my hair she did not do what i wanted , charged me 90 pounds for roots colour and wash and hair cut .Paying that much money is worth if you get the result what you wanted but there you have to keep remind them that you are there and not there for free haircut ....she supposed to do straighten my hair but she left it....can't see any layers in the hair...just treat and provide may be good service if tgey are known to them... We have to give them reminder again again that we are there and why .The Lady put the hair colour on my hair and said will be back in 35 minutes , she returned to me after an hour and fifteen minutes.This is their service. I asked for feather and layer hair cut .its only feathers there but hardly any layers. visitors think twice to go to sutton branch ...I won't recommend any one.Very bad experience ever i had...wasted my money and time.
Had my hair done earlier today, the staff were so welcoming offering me a hot drink as soon as I got in . My hair looks and feels amazing, Nicola went above and beyond to make sure I loved my hair. Fantastic experience .
Had a Wonderful haircut at this salon. Far cleaner & cheaper then Rush. Left feeling very happy with bouncy hair. Felt welcomed. My new salon for hair cuts now.
Love these girls, Livia did an outstanding job as usual, took my slightly yellow mess of straw and turned it into a shiny pale gold mass of gorgeous curls, I don't use any other salon as I am always made to feel welcome and among friends, great place and well priced.
I had the pleasure to have my hair styled today by an exceptionally talented hairdresser named Livia. My husband with be pleased with the magic she has performed. Will be back.
