The service is poor. Waited over 40 minutes for a bank statement. Flashy refit doesn't replace customer service.
Very disappointed was on the branch Sutton today its close down and the new its still not open too what wrong with that poor staff just lost my time any update on the website should be nice to dont confuse your client Morden branch its close half year ago discussing
I went to Sutton brunch today and it is shut although people were inside.No info was given not even they acknowledged the fact people are outside waving to get their attention. Absolutely disgusted with luck of care!
I went today into this branch to pay into an account and it took me 35 minutes to pay and queue was out of the door but there was only one cashier window open even elderly people were also waiting in the queue.Very disappointing service.
Well, I have to use Sutton or Wallington now as my 2 other convenient branch options have closed down. By the Teller windows there was a big hand written sign saying cash transactions only. On arrival a member of staff took my name and told me the wait would be 20 mins to do a transfer, that I could wander off round the shops and I would be contacted. I had a young child with me and didn't want to be dragged out of the toy shop before we were ready, so we sat down to wait. Then I realised it said cash transactions only, so I asked the lady with the electronic clip board if I could withdraw cash and pay it in that way, she said yes. When I got to the Teller with the cash I was told I needed a paying-in slip (I had the account details on me and have done this transfer many times before), I explained that the lady said I could do this, she said that people were firing to many questions at her and she got confused. They did the transfer for me at the counter (in less than a minute) but not with much grace. What a shambles in such a busy high street location! The queue was out of the door when I left! Can't see them getting too many new customers with their High St prescence diminishing at such a fast rate and such a shambles in the branches that are still open.
