Yeah not always the fastest place but everyone who's ever served me has been polite and courteous, nice staff.
.. there is an area which says help and advice where you supposedly sit down and someone comes to assist you. Only do so if you have 40 minutes to wait for someone to pay attention to you. Some employees see you waiting and turn their eyes, walk away. Total disrespect to customers who may be dealing With emergencies.
They need more staff. The service is very slow. I hate having to go into lloyeds Bank. There is never any bloody appointments availble I am switching my banks!!
Some of the staff are nice, but... the queue is unbelievably long and there always seems to be something wrong. Inconvenient opening hours
Thank you for helping me on Saturday in resolving my problem with Santander. The nice gentleman gave me his chair to sit down and rest because I am 36 weeks pregnant woman with medical condition. I came to Lloyds with my 2 year old son in his buggy. The gentleman was kind and calmed me down while I was very distressed after having problem at Santander in Sutton.
