Im not impressed with big yellow self storage. Prices are very high and this location in particular is always very busy. Often there is no parking to unload your things, as there are vans which are doing what you want to do. The place is really too big and chances that there is no one there when you visit are very slim. One thing that really annoys me about this company is that when you ask for a price online they start emailing you continuously, really non-stop, until you actually visit the store and asked them face-to-face to stop doing it. Very annoying and this is one of the reasons why I will not return. Another reason is that this place is closed after hours and you cannot access your things all the time. I believe they charge extra if you want to visit when its closed, which is ludicrous... either youre open, or youre closed. Just on more way to squeeze money out of you.
