Clean area good walk, not many shops lots of closed or vacant areas, only couple of places to choose from to eat or shop.
Always nice to have a little shopping trip out. However I don't know if it's because I've lived in the area all my life, as to why I feel it's a bit outdated and boring. There are a wide selection of shops on the highstreet and within the centre itself. I personally prefer colliers wood as the parking there is free. Selection wise it's about the same. Still, nice for a bit of window shopping or actual shopping with the family. Can't really complain.

Clean and tidy with some good shops, but plenty of empty spaces.
This place has been under refurbishment for the best part of five years now. It was crappy beforehand and yet now, still unfinished, it has steadily got worse. I can only assume that the remaining occupants have fantastically low rents... Can't see any other reason they'd still be hanging on.
