Fresh and tasty. The food is typical. Staff can't do enough to help. Loved it so much, went back within a few days.
It can be relatively tricky to find authentic Japanese food that is reasonably priced in the UK, even in and around London. But this spot ticks that box! The food is fresh, delicious and you've got a good range of options available. The establishment itself is rather small so it does feel a little crowded and if you've got a larger party you may find the service just a little sluggish because they only have a few staff. This is a small price to pay for the great, authentic food. Well worth a visit!
Really tasty food, lots of choice. Nice place to go with friends. It's a bit small but cosy. Service was excellent. Will definitely go again.
The sushi here is great and very reasonably priced I dont often go for sushi as it tends to be pretty expensive but will be returning to ii-ma as it is tasty and reasonably priced! We had the ii-ma selection plate and the spider roll. Everything was delicious and fresh, and Id definitely recommend it. It is quite small, though we managed to get a seat on a Saturday night easily (but that might have been effected by everyone being out in the sun/football being on). Id definitely recommend this as one of my preferred restaurants in Sutton.
Very good sushi, everything is cooked fresh and you can tell because the sushi rice is still slightly warm. We managed to get the last table without a reservation so I would try and make a booking. Selection of Japanese beers, sake, green tea and soft drinks and they have Japanese desserts too. Great lovely service, was even give a free sample of a new dish, soft modern music and warm lighting makes for a great ambiance. Ive passed this place a few times and never went in because it was small and I wasnt sure but Ill 100% be back and they even do take out!
