Excellent staff and professional Pharmacists especially Jaz, who are extremely knowledgeable and understand their customers well they all have exceptional customer service.
Generally a very good pharmacy, which is well stocked especially with some of the rarer medicines or controlled drugs. If you are unfortunate enough to suffer from chronic pain and need strong analgesics I would recommend trying here. Or you have a prescription for an item, but the local pharmacy doesn't have it, then likewise try here. If you are a regular etc it is likely the head pharmacist and owner Jas, will order them for you to mirror the prescription date, and most items not in stock can be got the same day if before noon, or next morning if after noon. Unfortunately the only negative is the wait, which has increased lately, but I've overheard Man (pharmacist) tell the dispensers to hurry up. Unfortunately they do like the odd natter, especially when jaz is away. If you want to be remembered by name, get professional advice and be looked after use this pharmacy. Also its best to support local independent businesses. I'm not sure about over the counter prices, but controlled drugs on prescription from a private doctor were significantly cheaper elsewhere, and this was the case for quite a few i.e Targinact (Oxycodone + Naloxone), Fentanyl patches and tablets. But maybe they price match. I've never bought anything over the counter, but if you ask for generic you will save money. I.e instead of buying nurofen, buy ibuprofen, or paramol - paracetamol and if they have codeine in you should still be able to get. I.e co-codamol 8/500 is available.
Jaz is the best chemist I've ever met, and a fantastic person. While it can indeed become incredibly busy and crowded here, he makes sure everyone is seen as fast as possible. They also have great stock and Jaz can help you decide what to get if you just pop in for non-prescription medication.
Slow service, waiting over 15 minutes for my prescription of 1 cream, kept being lied to saying "its coming". EVERY single time have to wait over 15 minutes when the place is empty, ridiculous. 3 pharmacists and 100 dispensers yet it takes a lifetime to process a prescription. Unbelievable. Not coming here again.
Lovely people very good with there customers only criticism is the waiting time
