Absolutely brilliant staff and gorgeous food. Have had Indian food at five star hotels and this compares. Really friendly delivery service.Would ask you for set meal menus for one or two people to taste more of your delicious food

Unfortunately I dont like leaving low star reviews but On this occasion I have no choice. I ordered over 42 worth like I always do it was missing a naan one dish was a vegetable biriani instead of a lamb madras there was sauces missing and also the onion salad had loads of brown onion skin in were it wasnt peeled correctly. I emailed them and got no answer and also tried ringing but again no answer I then decided to Facebook message I got an answer but was told we was probably busy at after 10 at night I very much doubt it. after a few messages they said they would give me a little discount of my next order. I run a company myself and know what low ratings will do hence why I have 5 out of 5 but if a customer isnt happy I would always find a way to sort it to keep the good customer service and to keep my company name out there and recommended however they didnt. they wanted to give me a bit of a discount to fix the fact that at least 7 of my order was incorrect and today I messaged again and have just been ignored it wouldnt bother me usually but as I am a regular customer always ordering over 40 of items sometimes 2 times a week and always recommending my friends and family to them and also always putting there name forward when someone asks on social media I feel a bit let down I will now find another take away and hopefully will get better service than these give. A shame really as after 5 years of ordering I will now need to find a new take away.

My partner and I were recommended Cheam Tandoori by some friends when we moved to Cheam a couple of years ago. All the staff are very friendly and we are very fond of Asif, who is always happy and friendly.
