ORDER FROM KEBAB PLANET SUTTON INSTEAD!!! AVOID RUDE AND INTOLERANT STAFF!!!The food it self was okay and alright time on delivery but very rude self service over the phone. I had a missed call from the kebab shop number so i called back to ask if everything was okay, they started shouting down the phone saying "why are you complaining this is the best kebab in all of south london we gave you what you want" and went mental and i didnt even do anything. My friend took the phone and explained we are calling back because we had a missed call and arent complaining, but we are now as he was so rude and aggressive. He started to try and shout at us again so we hung up. He then called back and said "sorry i thought you were another customer that had complained" but even so, you do not speak to customers or anyone like that. Even when we explained who we are, they continued being rude. Okay food but terrible, aggressive customer service. Will never order from here again.
Fantastic food and great people!!! My family was here on holiday from the States. We came across this place on our first night in Sutton. We spent the next day going throughout various different places in London and eating at various establishments. This by far was better than any of the high-end restaurants we were eating at in London. When we returned from London late in the evening, we stopped by for a late supper as our 11 year old was begging to have their food again. Highly recommend giving this place a try!!!
Id personally like to give more than 5 stars to this establishment, the food, the staff, the service are all incredible. Not only do you get tasty food, the service is quick and the banter is top notch! Not to mention the eye candy... definitely recommend this place far and wide!
