I have used this establishment for many years and have always found the staff very polite and most of all very helpful ,no matter what the problem is they have always solved it or found an alternative solution for me even having moved from the district I will always call or go to them.I would highly recommend Paul and his staff and of course The Locksmith Shop ltd.
I do not usually post reviews but have chosen to post this review to say thank you to Paul and Locksmiths Shop Ltd Cheam who are possibly the most honest businesses I have dealt with.I visited the shop today with a lock problem and instead of trying to sell me one they fixed my old one and cut 2 keys and would not charge me for the time, effort or the keys.Very well done The Locksmiths Shop.

I needed a replacement mortise lock and made the error of going to the huge shed store that we all immediately run to in these situations. You know the one... the one where there's nobody knowledgeable to advise you on anything. Sure enough my purchases there were an absolute waste of money. So I tried a local locksmith. This man is an expert and has knowledge and experience to solve your lock issues. Immediately he explaind I needed a lock with imperial measurement's, not metric that would be found in the big shed stores. He had the lock that I required but was also able to FIX my existing lock... Moral: Don't neglect the High Street. It's there where the experts hang out.
