This company are always helpful and always go out of their way to make sure that any queries are resolved. I had an unusual question about the policy before I took it out and the team went out of their way to find out the information for me. I have been with this company on one policy for years and now have a second policy with them because I am so pleased with them. Never had an issue at all!I havve read some of the other reviews and can't believe what I'm reading, however I see that some below leave bad reviews wherever they go which reflects more on them than the companies they are reviewing
I speak with this company from my friend telling me about them and I went with questions as they are very good in knowledge. I found out my previous company wasnt rated and im think that is why they dont know answers and it made me worry I might lost all my money if they fall down trading. They found me a reated company so im happy it wont let me down. Workers here are friendly and make you important first. Very good price for taxi insurers and very professionals. I got a verygood quote from this company and was very happy with they're professional manner. The lady I spoke to explained to me the different between rated and unrated insurance, gave me a very competitive quote and then even reduce it when I explained that my existing insurance was cheaper. other companies need to take note...Ive spoken to other brokers who have very bad attitude and just want to get your money as quickly as possible. 5 stars for osbornes
