Excellent- I went in for a hair cut with Jimmy last week where he did a fantastic job and was very friendly! I then told him I was looking to get a male perm, which he recommended his colleague Choi could do, so I went for it and couldnt be happier with the results. Excellent customer service with even better haircuts! Thank you Jimmy and Choi.
Choi is charismatic and knowledgeable. I felt in very safe hands. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Nice ambience in the salon.
Having written a review after being disappointed at the service Id got, I wrote a review and got a response to that review from the salon and so I decided to try again with them and boy am I glad I did! I have wanted a spiral perm for years and had this done today. WOW, I am so pleased and so glad I tried again. I guess everybody can have an off day because today the service and level of attention was fabulous and not just to me but everybody who came in during the almost 3 hours I was in there. Just so glad I went back and Ill be a regular from now on thank you Choi.

I had to book an appointment here as I had cut my hand open and was unable to do my hair for a wedding. I booked the appointment online for a blow dry and had seen the appointment time was 30 minutes which I was a bit concerned about as I haven't ever had a blow dry this short before therefore I called the salon and asked if they were sure this would be OK as I wanted a bouncy/curly blow dry and I have really long hair. I was told it would be fine but the receptionist changed the appointment to 45 minutes and said she was sure this would be enough time. I arrived on time and the lady doing my hair hadn't arrived yet. When I got in the chair I asked for a bouncy/curly blow dry and for the curls to be pinned as I had a wedding at 4pm and I wanted to leave my hair in the pins till just before the wedding to ensure maximum curl. The hairdresser wasn't sure what I meant by this which confused me as this is how most curly blow dries are done. When doing my hair it was being blow dried straight which further lost my confidence. Any blow dry I have ever had has been roller brush blow dried so the hair is really curly before being put in rollers or pin curled. The hairdresser made one pin curl which she couldn't get to stay in my hair. I have had pin curls numerous times and can do them on myself however, I was told I couldn't have pin curls because my hair extensions were too heavy. She the suggested using velcro rollers on my hair which I accepted as I needed to get my hair done as soon as possible and I had already had been in there a while. After over an hour and quarter my hair was still not done with my top section left to go. I asked how much longer it would be and she said she had to do the whole top section and then have another 10 minutes to set the hair meaning this would have taken 2 hours, I asked her if we could skip the setting as I had a make up appointment to go to and I was already running late. She then offered to leave my hair wet and put the rollers in! I asked for it to be dried, as this is what I had booked in for. She then questioned if I was expecting to take the rollers home, which I had said was what I had explained all along and why I had asked for it to be pin curled. She said it was fine but asked for me to bring them back (which I had no problem doing). Then when I got to reception I asked if they were open tomorrow for me to return the rollers - the woman on reception was extremely rude and not at one point did she make eye contact with me let alone look at me. She then said I need to bring the rollers back this afternoon and I couldnt keep them. I then explained that I had said all along that I wanted it pin curled and was forced to have the rollers - she then just ignored me and didn't reply about the opening and just asked for my money. As I was leaving she said "we are open 10-4 so bring the rollers back tomorrow between them times" I just think the customer service was really bad. There was no need to be rude to me after I had explained all along what I wanted and been refused it. The curls didn't last longer than 30 minutes either and I've always maintained blow dries for 3 days after having them done.
