When you're buying the items and handing over the money it's all smiles and good manners. As soon as something goes wrong and you want an exchange the bad attitude and obnoxious behaviour starts. Never before have I experienced an organisation who tell you one thing on the phone and then NEVER fulfill it after the call. I had to go into the store and demand action. One of the idiots tried to intimidate me by chasing after me when I had left the store, a colleague told him that I had recorded the whole encounter on my phone. He didn't realise I'm a rugby player so used to having people much bigger than him rushing at me. When I stood my ground he mouthed a few obscenities and slunked back into the shop.This is the type of behaviour to expect from this outfit. And they call themselves professional. Would give a zero review if I could.Despite the message below this incident occurred at the stated store. I warned the person involved that I would write a review of my experiences but I was met with more childish insults. I have the name of the person who tried & failed to intimidate me and I have kept all the email correspondence, read receipts and phone footage as evidence. If you don't want negative reviews (I'm not the only one - see Trust Pilot) then I suggest better training for certain staff, rather than demanding the review is removed from here and the other sites it has been posted on.
I have been fitting kitchens for 15 years I have A trade account taking my clients into Wentworth for the last 2 years , blows Howdens out of the water with quality design and service . My clients normally go back to them and get a deal On bathrooms & Bedrooms too one stop shop .

One of the largest Kitchen and Bathroom Showrooms in Surrey .
Great selection of products , very large showroom and it looks expensive but they are very reasonable and have worked to my budget . I believe they are currently updating the displays so some good deals as new displays are going in . Well worth popping in .
Very bad customer serviceSome of the staff are great, and if you work hard you might be able to get great discounts.But do not expect any support if things don't go plan. My experience was to be insulted and sworn at by the owner of the company and told I was wasting his valuable time. However a threat of an unfavourable online review changed his manner very quickly when one of his suppliers was implicated and was not impressed.Also we have not managed to get receipts for our purchases. Nine months later we still only have a receipt for the deposit - and nothing for the rest of the kitchen including white goods. We have a lot of broken promises about sending in the post, excuses about moving computer systems and broken printers etc.My advice is avoid.
