Karen was super helpful and polite, even when a gentleman and his wife becoming abusive as they wasnt happy with the clothes that was returned due to be unfit for the purpose, she remained calm and continued to serve the 3 other customers who patiently waited, thanks Karen :)

The woman who runs this place is loud and unprofessional. Complains non stop and is as common as muck. We were in the shop whilst she rifled through the bags - she spent most of the time we were there moaning about immigrants and making racist comments - disgusting. Wouldn't return based purely on her attitude.
First time there and will not return. Lady serving was rude and irate complaining she had too many people to serve where there was 1 other customer other than myself. I would suggest finding another cash4clothes locally.
